turkey avocado and salads!

summer time!!
means cold foods!!
and lots and lots of fruits!!
i whipped up these lovelies for the kids lunches the other day.
you can make the salad into a finger food but i opted for a forkable,
yes,
i made a new word
forkable
which, after typing it twice makes me second guess it

anyways,
super easy turkey avocado rolls and summer salad

grab:
tortillas
avocados/guacamole
turkey
provolone
cream cheese

spread tortilla with a layer of cream cheese
top with turkey
spread a layer of tasty tasty tasty avocado/guac
(side not, i used premade guac)
top the green stiff with some delicious provolone cheese
take a separate piece of cheese cover with green stuff and a slice of turkey shove it in your mouth really quick before you slice the turkey wrap.
be sure not to let the kids see you do that step, then will ask you for some and it will take forever to get lunch done
true story
roll up the tortilla
slice in little pinwheels
chill until lunch or serve immediately

next up,
yummy yummy summer salad

gather:
cucumber
blueberries
strawberries
dried cranberries
pecans
berry vinaigrette

warsh all the fruits and veggies
slice and dice em
toss in the vinaigrette
sprinkle on handfuls of the dried fruit and nuts

same as before
chilll or serve immediately

enjoy!
